Once upon a time in a land that was as beautiful as it was barbaric; in which darkness was just another kind of weather, and where 'Despair' was the name of every other village; there came a brief reign of stability.
It was a watery candle in a wicked downpour, yet it was a beacon nonetheless.
This wavering light was provided by the rule of King Roderic the Stupidly Brave and his beautiful young queen, Leonora the Cunning.
Both had battled long and hard to be together and now they put up a united front in the battle against evil. Many monsters, fire breathing and child-eating fell before their courageous God-fearing knig

Enter the Castle of Silk...Soo...the lovely and immensely talented Sleyf has humbled herself to work with a mere novice such as myself on an OC cross-over project called: 'Castle of Silk.'
It's kind of like the 'Tudors' meets fantasy meets 'The Borgias' meets 'Game of Thrones'.

The princess grew.
Every day more fair of face, every day more full of grace.
She was all innocence and naivety- one a virtue to be greatly valued, the other a flaw to worry any parent. Yet what she lacked in knowledge, the Princess Imogen more than made up for in courage. She was the daughter of the bravest of kings and queens.
Thus, Imogen was probably the most fearless little girl in the kingdom.
And her heart had such a great capacity for love that all who met her could not help but be enchanted- from the most snobby of noblemen to the most smelly of peasants.

This is a preview of my prize for AlexandrianBreeze for entering my contest. She won first place- congratulations!

Who she wanted to wear a victorian style outfit. Forgive me for not going with the ballgown- but I had a sudden idea to do a victorian version of her pilot jacket! Think steampunk and zeppelins- I bet she'd have fun flying one of those.
The title is a play on words from the phrase 'head in the clouds' so 'heart in the clouds' means that her heart is with the sky, not on earth. I hope I've done her justice. A background will be added, but only Breeze will see it. I'll be sending off all three prizes this week!

I once make a steampunk girl for a rp game, I don't know if she looks steampunk enough, (she is in my gallery by the way haha) and I wish I can get more victorian for a story...the one with the theathre remember? I will put myself to practice
